At ZynithAI, we strive to deliver high-quality CRM and AI services. This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and services offered directly by ZynithAI.

2. No Refunds for Subscriptions

All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as set forth below.

3. Trial Period

If you purchased a subscription with a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds will be issued after the trial expires.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for:
* Duplicate charges
* Billing errors
* Service interruptions not resolved in a reasonable time

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
