You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the platform, or use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
All intellectual property in the platform, software, models, and technology (excluding your own content and data) belongs to Zynithai or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your permitted personal or business use.
You are responsible for any content or data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use it. AI‑generated outputs are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or incomplete, so you should review and verify them before relying on or publishing them.
To the extent allowed by law, Zynithai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the Services during the billing period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
